NEPTUNE ORIZON - OVER ME (LIVE FROM COSMODROME)
"Over me" played and recorded live from the CosmoDrome observatory in France.
Directed by Gwen Vesin & Florian Martinez.

NEW SINGLE "OVER ME" OUT NOW
Over Me is an Organic House single, with some touches of Acid House or even Ambient vibes during the breakdown, this one is a chill yet danceable track, but also a deep sonic experience. With over six minutes of detailed sound design, organic drums, pads, vocal chops and multiple lead synths parts, you’ll probably need more than one listen to capture all the details and ear candy hidden all over the song. After releasing the Electronica and Neoclassical album Seven Relics Neptune Orizon had to detach himself from the creative process he used on making this album. He actually did the exact opposite. « This song was a real challenge I’ve put to myself, I didn’t want any real instruments in it, or at least not played traditionally. But I wanted it to sound as human as possible, so I started crafting sounds with different source materials, unused takes from Seven Relics, improvisation sessions, on modular synth, guitar, piano, etc. rearranging or using them as layers for creating a whole new and cohesive soundscape. I think this process is what gave this unique colour to Over Me. » Over Me is a vision of modern stress and lack of self-confidence. It showcases the idea of being overwhelmed, just like a surfer being hit by a wave. It is written and produced the way Neptune Orizon likes to do it, telling a story and slowly evolving to what feels like a let-go.

NEW ALBUM "SEVEN RELICS" OUT NOW
"Seven Relics" is the result of two years of human and natural experiences. It all started during a conversation between Neptune and his girlfriend in 2019, showcasing the idea of writing a scenario, and creating a fictional world and character, with the ambition of making a record that could feel like a movie. "Seven Relics" is the last forest on earth, and has the particularity to make any human being who dares to take a step into it disappear. Their loss will make new trees grow up, making this place an immortal sanctuary. The main character, a writer obsessed with this legend, has decided to get there to write a book about what could happen. Maybe he will prove that none of this exists. Neptune Orizon had two main goals in mind with this record. The first one was to create an introspective journey, in a place where anyone can hide personal things, or just take a moment for themselves and step off reality. The second was to live as many human experiences as possible, by working with musicians, singers, dancers, etc. To give a more organic and human feel to his music. Not only these were ambitious goals, but they’ve been reached way beyond Neptune’s expectations. « I’ve never experienced anything like this before, when I first met the musicians I’ve worked with, it felt like we knew each other forever! They were truly the most friendly and inspiring people I’ve ever met. I’ve learned so many things in the making of this album, I think I grow up mentally on this one. I discovered meditation while creating this album, and I've told myself to try to appreciate the present and not think too much about the future. I didn’t try to sound like someone else on this record. Everything you will hear is sincerity, I didn’t want to overthink it. Sometimes the best thing to do is to let the silence talk. »

NEW SINGLE "SAIMIRI" OUT NOW
Neptune Orizon started crafting this song with the simple idea of discovering new places. How does it feel to stare at the entrance of a mystical forest, full of doubt and fear, and finally dare to take a step into it? This song was built around Foley recordings made during Neptune’s escapes into the wild, and some old Eva May vocal takes, that he manipulated and then created these soulful melodic lines with, adding a new layer to the tune. This track has a powerful meaning to him « for me this song is the perfect balance between electronic and acoustic instruments, It’s the first time the final piece sounds exactly how I envisioned it » This song is perfect to accompany your travels into the outside world or deep in your inner self.
